Program description
The Driver Coverage Map SMS program, operated by Coverly Rated LLC (doing business as Driver Coverage Map), offers two separate and independent message programs. The Account Notification program delivers messages related to your request, including guide delivery, request confirmations, content access updates, opt-in confirmations, opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. The Marketing program delivers recurring promotional offers, new educational resources, auto insurance tips, coverage insights, featured website content, special campaigns, and announcements about newly available guides and tools. Driver Coverage Map is not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and SMS messages are not used to sell, quote, or bind insurance.
Opt-in
You may opt in by checking either or both SMS consent checkboxes on our subscribe form and submitting your phone number. Each checkbox covers a distinct, non-overlapping message category (Account Notifications or Marketing). Consent to either program is never a condition of receiving the guide or accessing any content on this Site, and the phone number field is always optional.
After opt-in, your first message will identify Driver Coverage Map, state message frequency, include "Msg and data rates may apply," confirm you can reply STOP to cancel at any time, and confirm that Driver Coverage Map is not an insurance company or agent.

Cost
Msg and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Driver Coverage Map does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from Driver Coverage Map. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and confirmed with a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after opt-out.

No data sharing
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the educational content you requested. SMS opt-in data is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability
Driver Coverage Map is not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or any issues related to SMS transmission. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier. By opting in, you acknowledge that Driver Coverage Map is not liable for damages arising from delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
