Program description
The Driver Coverage Map SMS program, operated by Coverly Rated LLC (doing business as Driver Coverage Map), delivers educational content about auto insurance, including the free educational guide you requested and follow-up tips, coverage explanations, and updates to our content library. The program is informational only. Driver Coverage Map is not an insurance company, agent, or broker, and SMS messages are not used to sell, quote, or bind insurance.
Opt-in
You may opt in by checking one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our subscribe form and submitting your phone number. Each checkbox covers a distinct message category (account notification for guide delivery, or recurring informational tips). Consent is never a condition of accessing any content on this Site, and the phone number field is always optional.
After opt-in, your first message will identify Driver Coverage Map, confirm that the message contains the requested educational content, state message frequency, include "Msg and data rates may apply," confirm you can reply STOP to cancel at any time, and confirm that Driver Coverage Map is not an insurance company or agent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one initial guide delivery message, followed by occasional educational content if you opted in to recurring tips.
Cost
Msg and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Driver Coverage Map does not charge for SMS messages.
Opt-out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from Driver Coverage Map. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and confirmed with a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after opt-out.

No data sharing
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the educational content you requested. SMS opt-in data is never sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, or third-party marketer.
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability
Driver Coverage Map is not responsible for delays, failures in delivery, or any issues related to SMS transmission. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier. By opting in, you acknowledge that Driver Coverage Map is not liable for damages arising from delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
